Warranty Claims
In the event that a product is defective, please contact Bundutec Botswana.
All PRODUCTS supplied by Bundutec Botswana being returned for warranty, must include a copy of the invoice for the original sale. Warranty approvals will not be granted if an original invoice or copy of an invoice is not provided.
Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, Bundutec Botswana will remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labour. In addition, Bundutec Botswana may elect, at its option, not to repair or replace a defective product but rather issue to a purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new product supplied by Bundutec Botswana.
This warranty excludes problems caused by normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, tears, or aesthetic oxidation of surfaces, natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use, commercial use, accidents, or unlawful vehicle operation.
No warranty is given for defects resulting from conditions beyond Bundutec Botswana’s control including, but not limited to, modifications or repairs not performed or authorized by Bundutec Botswana, misuse, overloading, or failure to assemble, install or use the product in accordance with Bundutec Botswana’s written instructions or guidelines included with the product or made available to the purchaser originally.
BUNDUTEC PRODUCTS (1 YEAR)
Bundutec Botswana will warranty all BUNDUTEC brand products manufactured by Bundutec for the first 1 year that an original retail purchaser owns the product. The Warranty will only stand if the products were fitted in accordance with the installation manual or fitted by Bundutec Botswana. This warranty terminates if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person or if the accessories are re-fitted to any other vehicle. It also excludes any normal wear & tear to the product or physical damage caused by customer
FRONT RUNNER ROOF RACKS (LIMITED LIFETIME)
Bundutec Botswana will warrant all FRONT RUNNER Roof Racks for a LIFETIME of use by the original purchaser. The warranty will only stand if the FRONT RUNNER Roof Racks are fitted to a FRONT RUNNER Mounting System. The Roof Rack Kits must be installed in accordance with Front Runner's recommended fitment instructions. The Lifetime Warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person. The components used in customized Roof Rack installations are considered accessories and are covered under the accessories warranty below. SNOMASTER FRIDGES (3-year unit warranty / 7-year compressor warranty)
Warranty Policy
SnoMaster® warrants to the “end-user” that their products are free from defects in material workmanship, for the period prescribed below, commencing from the date of purchase. SnoMaster® will repair or replace a product that develops a fault within the prescribed period of time. This period will commence from the date the “end-user” purchases the product.
Our obligation is to repair or replace the defected part or unit only once it has been returned to the original authorised dealer.
Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not provide the right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Repair or direct replacement of the product under the terms of this warranty may be fulfilled with functionally equivalent service exchange units.

7-year compressor warranty
All repairs that are carried out, come with a 3 month warranty. This warranty is on the work that has been carried out and does not cover any additional repairs that might fall within this period.
The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the proof of purchase consisting of original invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase, dealer’s name, model and serial number of the product.
SnoMaster® reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from the dealer.
Specifically EXCLUDED from the warranty:
• Periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
• Accidental damage due to incorrect handling, normal wear and tear, faulty installation, abuse or misuse, neglect, including but not solely limited to the failure to use this product for its normal purposes or in accordance.
• Defects resulting from usage of the product in conjunction with accessories that are not approved by SnoMaster® for use with this product.
• Failure of the product arising from incorrect installation or use not consistent with the instructions prescribed in the product user manual.
• Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, and voltage fluctuations etc.
• Unauthorized modifications carried out to the product.
• The serial number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.
This warranty is not transferable. This warranty will be the purchasers ‘sole and exclusive’ remedy and neither SnoMaster® nor its service centres shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or breach of any express or implied warranty of this product.
The above policies are for warranty service and the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with repairs that are “specifically EXCLUDED” from the warranty conditions.
SnoMaster® reserves the right to make final decisions regarding problem determination and the appropriate service option.
Exchange units assume the remaining warranty of the original product.
SnoMaster® warranty is subject to change without prior notice.
LEDFLY CANOPIES (1 YEAR)
Bundutec Botswana will warrant all LEDFLY CANOPIES manufactured by LEDFLY for the first 1 year that an original retail purchaser owns the product. The Warranty will only stand if the products were fitted in accordance with the installation manual or fitted by Bundutec Botswana. This warranty terminates if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person or if the canopies are re-fitted to any other vehicle. It also excludes any normal wear & tear to the product or physical damage caused by customer
OFF TRAX CAMPING TRAILERS (1 YEAR)
Bundutec Botswana will warrant all OFF TRAX CAMPING TRAILERS manufactured by OFF TRAX for the first 1 year that an original retail purchaser owns the product. The Warranty will only stand if the products were used for its intended use. This warranty terminates if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person. It also excludes any normal wear & tear to the product or physical damage caused by customer
WILDOG BUMPERS AND ACCESSORIES (1 YEAR)
Bundutec Botswana will warrant all WILDOG BUMPERS AND ACCESSORIES manufactured by WILDOG for the first 1 year that an original retail purchaser owns the product. The Warranty will only stand if the products were fitted in accordance with the installation manual or fitted by Bundutec Botswana. This warranty terminates if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person or if the BUMPERS AND ACCSSORIES are re-fitted to any other vehicle. It also excludes any normal wear & tear to the product or physical damage caused by customer. All WILDOG BUMPERS & ACCESSORIES needs to be re-checked 3 months after installation by Bundutec Botswana, otherwise the warranty will be void.
TERRAIN TAMER SUSPENSION PRODUCTS (3 YEAR / 100 000km)
Bundutec Botswana will warrant all TERRAIN TAMER SUSPENSION PRODUCTS manufactured by TERRAIN TAMER for the first 3 years or 100 000km that an original retail purchaser owns the product. The Warranty will only stand if the products were fitted in accordance with the installation manual or fitted by Bundutec Botswana. This warranty terminates if a purchaser transfers the product to any other person or if the products are re-fitted to any other vehicle. It also excludes any normal wear & tear to the product or physical damage caused by customer
OTHER
Bundutec Botswana also sells products that complement the Bundutec Range. When those products are purchased from or through a Bundutec Botswana, Bundutec Botswana will honor ALL ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR THE ISSUANCE OF A REFUND OR CREDIT (AS DETERMINED BY BUNDUTEC BOTSWANA) IS A PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. DAMAGE TO A PURCHASER’S VEHICLE, CARGO AND/OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OR PROPERTY IS EXCLUDED.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
BUNDUTEC BOTSWANA’S SOLE LIABILITY TO ANY PURCHASER IS LIMITED TO THE REMEDY SET FORTH ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL BUNDUTEC BOTSWANA BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE.
